The website is provided for personal use to purchase jewelry, accessories, and other items from brands under VANILLAJEWEL. Products purchased from the website are directly sold by MP & VO Enterprise Co., Ltd.

Eligibility to Purchase:

  • You must ensure that the personal information provided during registration is accurate and current.

Currency and Pricing: All transactions are processed in the currency shown on the product and checkout pages. Some countries include tax in the price; otherwise, tax will be shown at checkout.

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payments are processed by a secure gateway. Card details are encrypted and not accessible to third parties. Credit and debit card transactions are subject to verification by the card issuer. If authorization is denied, we are not liable for delays or non-delivery.

Refunds/Order Cancellations (Within 24 Hours Only): Refunds or cancellations are only available within 24 hours of placing an order. If you wish to cancel, contact us at refund@vanillajewel.com within 24 hours.

Return/Exchange Policy: If you are not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 7 days for a refund, provided original packaging is intact. After 7 days, refunds are in store credit only. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Items must have original tags, no signs of wear, and be returned in original or smaller packaging. Oversized packages are not accepted, and additional shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.

Sale items are non-returnable. Items damaged from normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Engraved or monogrammed items cannot be returned. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property on this site belongs to MP & VO Enterprise Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Reproduction, modification, or distribution of content is prohibited without permission.

Applicable Law – Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by Thai law. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
