Refunds/Order Cancellations (within 24 Hours of Order)
All refunds or cancellations must be within 24 hours after you have placed your order. After 24 hours, NO refunds or order cancellations are permitted.
If you wish to cancel your order and be refunded, you must contact VANILLAJEWEL within 24 hours of your order at: EXCHANGE@VANILLAJEWEL.COM.

If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you can return/exchange the item with all original condition and packaging. Customers will only be allowed to return their purchased item once. Item for exchange must be of equal or higher value. No refund shall be given if the item to be return for is less than the product originally purchased. Items showing signed of wear or those that have been engraved, earrings (due to hygiene reasons) or damaged in any way will not be accepted for exchange. All custom items ie. Initials, names, engraves made to order pieces are final sale and may not be exchanged. Further, items that you have kept for more than 14 days after receipt cannot be exchanged. VANILLAJEWEL will not be held responsible for lost packages. All return must be delivered back to us using a traceable service with a tracking number. If any of the above stated conditions are not met, VANILLAJEWEL will reserve the right to refuse any returns.
Damaged Items and/or Incorrect Items
In any case where you have received a damaged or wrong item, you will be eligible for an exchange of the same item you originally purchased.
